Research Details	The area of research lab is Food quality & safety and Antimicrobial Resistance. We have worked on bacterial diversity of goat milk along with pathogens from nearby villages viz. Amarpura, Baggad, Kheroda, Khemali, Chinawar, and Mudiaphala of Udaipur region and some novel bacterial species has been reported which can be exploited for their industrial use. Work on the diversity of Bacillus spp. from Udaipur lakes and coliform bacteria in water birds i.e. cattle erget and Red-naped ibis along with antimicrobial resistance is going on.
